On Saturday, April 16th, GLORY hosted GLORY 29 Copenhagen and GLORY 29 SuperFight Series from Forum Copenhagen in Denmark.
GLORY 29 was headlined by Nieky Holzken and Yoann Kongolo as Holzken put his GLORY Welterweight Title on the line. GLORY 29 also featured the Heavyweight Contender Tournament as Ismael Londt, Anderson Silva, Jahfarr Wilnis and Kirill Kornilov battled for a chance to face GLORY Heavyweight Champion Rico Verhoeven. Rounding out the Copenhagen card was Serhiy Adamchuk versus Mohammed El-Mir.
The GLORY 29 SuperFight Series featured the hard hitting Zack Mwekassa versus Zinedine Hameur-Lain and a slew of other fighters seeking to increase their respective rankings in the GLORY heavyweight, welterweight and lightweight divisions including Harut Grigorian, Tomas Mozny and Abou Karim Chorr.
