Guseinov vs. Fomenko added to M-1 Challenge 36 Fight Card
The fight between entertaining Russian striker Arthur Guseinov and always tough Ukrainian athlete Evgeni Fomenko is the last fight that was added to M-1 Challenge 36 fightcard. The tournament will take place in Mytishi, Moscow area, on December 8.
Arthur Guseinov can win or lose, but the possibility of highlight reel knockout in his matches is much higher that the possibility of boring fight. Last year Arthur’s spinning back fist KO against Tyson Jeffries was considered as one of the best KOs in MMA world in 2011. Guseinov lost his biggest fight against Mario Miranda, when M-1 middleweight title was at stake, but now he is back and ready to start his new winning streak with another spectacular knockout.
It will not be easy to do against Evgeni Fomenko, who hasn’t ever been knocked out in his professional career. Fomenko won three fights in 2012 against three undefeated prospects, Albert Duraev, Ivan Raul and Josip Artukovic, all by stoppages. No doubt that the fight with Guseinov will be the biggest challenge in Ukrainian’s career, so we just have to wait and see if Fomenko can get to the new level and make a small sensation in M-1 middleweight division.
